1month ago I used you all to refinance my vehicle. I was told by the person who took care of my refinance to cancel my warranty that I had financed thru.
I did that. That it would be reimbursed and sent to me via check. After my loan was financed Ive been waiting. So I called my old lender and ask them.
They proceeded to tell me that they added that amount which was $1555.45 to my payoff. While I was on the phone with them they tell me that my vehicle still had a payoff balance of $10.00 if I didn't pay that today it was going up to $300 in the next week. You all should have cut a check to them for the total payoff somebody owes me $1555.45 for my extended warranty I cancelled and the $10.00 I had to pay to finish paying off my vehicle.
I talked to Karen Friedman I believe and she said it's out of her hands at this point. Somebody needs to give me some answers ASAP
Thank You

I bought a car with a little bit bigger payment than I wanted so I thought I could get it refinanced. Autopay had refinance another car for me so I thought Id give them a call.
I talked to a guy named Jack and he told me if I got rid of the extended warranty which was included in the loan and was for about $3300 . And if I took that off my loan he would be able to get me refinanced. That took about six weeks and I told him it would take that long. There were also a couple of other things that were gonna happen in the mean time. Which I also told him about.
I had returned a car before I bought this car and that was going to show up on my credit report I knew that my score would drop. I warned him about that but he felt confident he could still get me refinanced. When I text him and told him that I had gotten that off of my loan he completely ignored me so I called a Autopay and another gentleman answered the phone by the name of Alex, he thought he could help me. Then he informed me there was nothing he could do and I said well why dont you text Jack for me and see what he has to say?
Jack said he was sorry but there was nothing he could do for me right now. And not to me personally but through Alex . So I ended up with the same payment and no extended warranty and there was no way for me file a complaint against that idiot I think he deserves to be fired after something like that ! And then I kept getting offers from a Autopay about refinancing my car so I called and one offer was for $50 less so there was another bank on my credit report was $50 I needed to reduce it by at least $100 then I got another prequalified offer and they wanted me to put down $11,000 !
And that offer was made with a soft pull I immediately said no and my application was canceled. Or so I thought. I get a notice from Experian that there was a hard pull done on my credit report. I look its from a credit union I text auto pay and ask them who gave you permission to do a hard pole somebody text me back and said you filled out an application I said it was just canceled!
she said well we have the right to do a hard pull.
what are these people doing are they nuts? I just said no to the offer why did they do a hard pull?

Verified ReviewerThey bait & switch, then fail to return calls & emails
After several communications that were not returned, I FINALLY got an email claiming that the mountain of paperwork I sent in over 3 months ago to remove the surprise $999 extended warranty from my loan was apparently lost due to "staffing changes" at the warranty company. I was told the paperwork was resubmitted.
So now what? I wait ANOTHER three months?
